Roof coatings
Roof coatings have advanced significantly over the past decade, offering a budget-friendly and minimally disruptive option under the right conditions. Warranties are also available for these applications.
High-solid silicones provide excellent adhesion and, with proper preparation and coverage thickness, can last up to 20 years. For example, the applications pictured were applied to metal surfaces with minimal rust. The process involved pressure washing the metal with a solvent to remove all debris, treating and priming any rusted areas, and applying a thick, flashing-grade sealer to all fasteners, seams, and flashing. Finally, the entire surface area was coated to achieve the manufacturer’s specified mil thickness.

Ceiling repair and Commercial painting
This project involved sanding the ceilings to remove debris from the previous paint layer and achieve a smooth finish. Sheetrock repairs were then completed to address imperfections, including retaping settled seams and cracks. Following a final sanding, the surface was completed with two coats of paint.

TPO roof surrounded with parapet walls
Here’s a complete replacement we finished recently. We Removed the existing EPDM and substrate down to the deck. Then we replaced any rotten wood and coca cola signs with new wood.
Finally we installed a new substrate, followed by a fully adhered TPO roof backed by GAF with a 20 year warranty.

Retro-fit TPO commercial roof
Here’s a TPO over metal PBR we completed. We use foam flute fillers to get a flat surface. Then a 1 inch ISO board was mechanically fastened over that filler. Finally a TPO membrane mechanically fastened and heat welded seams and boots. If you have a leaky low pitch roof, Give me a call….
