Commercial building stucco repairs, parapet wall coping, and fresh paint!
I wanted to share a quick update on a recent facility maintenance and repair project we completed.
The project involved stucco repair, new flashing, and painting. We first addressed a wall flashing leak by installing a new three-piece coping over all the parapet walls. Next, we removed and replaced the stucco in the damaged areas. Finally, we cleaned the entire stucco surface and applied two coats of elastomeric paint.

Roof coatings
Roof coatings have advanced significantly over the past decade, offering a budget-friendly and minimally disruptive option under the right conditions. Warranties are also available for these applications.
High-solid silicones provide excellent adhesion and, with proper preparation and coverage thickness, can last up to 20 years. For example, the applications pictured were applied to metal surfaces with minimal rust. The process involved pressure washing the metal with a solvent to remove all debris, treating and priming any rusted areas, and applying a thick, flashing-grade sealer to all fasteners, seams, and flashing. Finally, the entire surface area was coated to achieve the manufacturer’s specified mil thickness.
