Here’s a 24x48x16 we recently finished.

INDUSTRIAL BUILDING REPAIR

This was a challenging repair. Straight line winds tore open the feed tower on this facility. Another building was built in front of the tower blocking access with man lifts, so we had to hire a crane service with a man basket. Then we went to work untangling the twisted red iron and metal, installed new red iron girts, bracing, insulation, and metal siding. We accomplished this in the heat of July as quickly as possible, but most importantly, Safely!

Thanks for watching! Stay safe out there, and have a great day.

TPO Roofing repair by M&M Construction Services LLC

This roof is a great example of why you should check your own work. This roof is less than 3 years old and has leaked since it was completed. Probing your own work will eliminate these small leaks.

Probing the weld on a TPO roof

Upon inspection and probing the welded seams we found at least 10 spots where the probe penetrated the seam, 2 of which were definitely a leak.

To address these leaks we cleaned the areas, welded the seams, and covered it with a fully welded TPO patch.
