Commercial building stucco repairs, parapet wall coping, and fresh paint!
I wanted to share a quick update on a recent facility maintenance and repair project we completed.
The project involved stucco repair, new flashing, and painting. We first addressed a wall flashing leak by installing a new three-piece coping over all the parapet walls. Next, we removed and replaced the stucco in the damaged areas. Finally, we cleaned the entire stucco surface and applied two coats of elastomeric paint.

Break room addition with my favorite helper
We removed a mezzanine and replaced it with a break room with storage above. Included electrical requirements for their microwave, refrigerator, and a mini split unit.
