TPO Roofing repair by M&M Construction Services LLC
This roof is a great example of why you should check your own work. This roof is less than 3 years old and has leaked since it was completed. Probing your own work will eliminate these small leaks.
Upon inspection and probing the welded seams we found at least 10 spots where the probe penetrated the seam, 2 of which were definitely a leak.
To address these leaks we cleaned the areas, welded the seams, and covered it with a fully welded TPO patch.
M&M Construction Services always probes all seams and patches before we consider the roof to be completed. For a contractor you can trust, don’t hesitate to call.

Here’s some of the best customers I’ve had the pleasure to work around. We built a whelping kennel for these ladies….and Gallant Hearts Guide Dog Center who paid the bills for them.
More to come on the kennel itself, but these are the true stars of this project.
These two lovely ladies are always happy to see us and ready to play. Lena enjoys taking your things and running off with them. She loves to be by your side no matter what you are doing. Bird is a gentle girl who loves to run as fast as she can and jump to see if she can fly. She really needs a cape.
Sampson is all boy and a dog’s dog. He loves tromping around and playing with Josie.
Josie is always excited to see us and loves affection. She is a high energy girl but also enjoys hiding in the bushes with her bone.
Kelly is the oldest and wisest soul on site. Loves the affection but is happy strolling around on her own. A sweet girl behind a viscous bark. Lol.
Macy is the absolute sweetest girl. Her life is complete with a head rub and some kind words.
Finally there’s these two
These are the two I get to come home to and all the shenanigans they can muster. Hooligan is my boy and Lizzy is on her way to becoming a guide dog.

This was a remove and replace commercial roof. We removed a Built up roof(BUR) down to the original concrete deck. Installed 1.5 inch ISO board, followed by a fully adhered GAF TPO roof with a 20 year warranty.

Retro-fit TPO commercial roof
Here’s a TPO over metal PBR we completed. We use foam flute fillers to get a flat surface. Then a 1 inch ISO board was mechanically fastened over that filler. Finally a TPO membrane mechanically fastened and heat welded seams and boots. If you have a leaky low pitch roof, Give me a call….

Retrofit commercial roof
Here is a retro-fit metal roof for a commercial building in Jackson MS.
First, we remove vents, cover skylights with metal(for safety), and install roof huggers which fasten directly to underlying steel purlins.
Next we install blanket insulation to prevent any condensation problems with this low pitch roof.
Finally a die formed ridge cap is installed finishing off the roof.
And the final clean up!
