Now that’s a tight fit! United brought in a lift for us to use between 2 buildings. It was a slow process but we made it. It had to reach a height if 40 feet to meet our requirements. We had to make platforms for one side to drive on so it wouldn’t tilt into the wall. If you have a challenging job, give us a call!
This is a 26 gauge metal roof we installed in Vicksburg MS. It is a retro- fit metal roofing system, which means it is installed right over the existing roof.

The color is saddle tan, and all the metal roofing panels and components was provided by Custom Metal Solutions right here in Flowood. We installed this roof over Aryfoil’s R12 double bubble insulation. Customers of mine have reported savings of 30 percent on their electric bills after installation of these products together.

This is a 26 gauge(thicker metal)saddle tan roof in progress. It is installed over the existing shingles which are covered with an R-12 double bubble insulation by Aryfoil. The batten boards are installed over the insulation fastened into the underlying framing.

This gives us a new, solid sub-structure to install our metal. It also creates an air gap in between the new roof and the insulation. This allows the foil faced insulation to reflect heat absorbed by the metal roof, keeping it from transferring to the old shingle roof.
